Every piece leaving the studio is designed and handcrafted by Rutger van der Zee, a furniture maker who earned the title of master craftsman from the Austrian woodworkers guild.

Working with selected native woods and using a wide range of techniques, Rutger is committed to carrying woodworking into a globally wired but physically disconnected world. Creating new designs to inspire an enduring appreciation of the real world in the people it will serve.
