This large sculptural armoire has been inspired by Chinese forms dating from the Ming period. The magnificent engineering of this type of construction keeps the weight to a minimum while maintaining a structurally sound carcass. The regal presence of its subtle tapered shape has been amplified by the carefully sculpted coves that have been carved out of the solid Elm wooden panels. A custom made wooden clothes rail and hand carved door pulls add a warm human touch to a cabinet that is dressed to impress.
