This bench design was originally developed to complement a natural edge dining table made out of wood from the same tree. It has however managed to be both a successful companion to the dining table as well as a striking design in it´s own right that can serve and stand out in many different settings.

The preserved natural edge of the seat has been carefully fitted to an expressive geometric support structure. Clever joinery solutions have allowed to bring the structure down to it´s essence without sacrificing a sturdy imperturbable feel.
